BeWell Childcare Initiative (BCI) is an African-led nonprofit organization in Uganda advancing peacebuilding, child protection, and community resilience. BCI works with vulnerable children, young people, survivors of sexual exploitation and trafficking, families, and underserved communities to promote safety, psychosocial recovery, social cohesion, empowerment, and sustainable opportunities. Through community-based programs, education, advocacy, and strategic partnerships, BCI seeks to build inclusive, peaceful, and resilient communities where every child and young person can thrive.
