About
About Chadash Global Centre Chadash Global Centre (CGLOC) is a specialised non-governmental social impact organisation dedicated to the restoration, rehabilitation, and empowerment of children and young adults who have survived sexual abuse, human trafficking, and gender-based violence (GBV). CGLOC operates as a critical lifeline in one of Uganda's most heavily burdened regions. The organisation was founded on the principle that true recovery from extreme trauma requires more than just crisis intervention it necessitates a long-term, holistic commitment to a survivor’s physical, psychological, and economic well-being. By integrating clinical excellence with community-driven solutions, CGC works to break the intergenerational cycles of violence and exploitation that marginalise the most vulnerable members of society. The organisation’s mission is driven by an evidence-based, multi-disciplinary approach anchored in the global "4Ps" framework: Prevention, Protection, Prosecution, and Partnership focuisng mainly on the three ie Protection , prevention and partnerships. This model is brought to life through two interconnected operational pillars. The first pillar focuses on providing immediate, trauma-informed protection through licensed residential aftercare safe homes. Since its inception 2024 , CGC has provided holistic care to over 100 survivors, offering a secure environment where they can access specialised psychotherapy, medical treatment for severe injuries, and restorative activities. The second pillar extends this impact into the community through Community Empowermen
