Mission. Letfed Africa Institute: Entrepreneurship, Business Development and Incubation We inspire innovative thinking and equip participants with the skills to start and grow a venture. The programme covers business coaching, financial literacy, leadership training and Kaizen methodology, a practical approach to continuous improvement. We support early-stage ideas with mentorship, training, workspace and resources, helping people turn passion into profit. Agribusiness Training and Incubation SMEs and private companies in the agriculture chain are engines of economic growth. Our Letfed Enterprise programme works with entrepreneurs in the agricultural value chain to build their capacity in Kaizen for agriculture, access to markets, eco-friendly farming methods, governance and succession planning. The focus is on profitable, sustainable agribusiness and practical, hands-on training for modern agriculture, with support for new ideas and start-ups. Sustainable and Digital Fashion Our Sustainable Digital Fashion and Cosmetology programme builds the skills of learners and fashion designers in sustainable and digital fashion. It has five modules: introduction to sustainable fashion; sustainable materials and production methods; digital fashion design and prototyping; e-commerce and digital marketing for fashion; and circular business models and waste reduction. Learners also use our computer lab, library and e-library. A key part of the programme is circular practice: instead of discarding fabric cut-offs, trainees turn them into saleable products, which reduces waste
