Reach A Hand Africa

About

Reach A Hand Africa (RAHA) is an Afro-futuristic, youth-centered movement that builds on the 15-year legacy of Reach A Hand Uganda. It exists to connect and elevate young people so they can live healthy, creative, and productive lives while shaping their own future. RAHA believes that Africa’s greatest asset is its youth, and when empowered, they become the architects of sustainable transformation. RAHA’s vision is a continent of healthy, creative, and productive young people shaping their future. Its mission is to build an Afro-futuristic youth-centered community that connects young people to knowledge, networks, tools, and opportunities to live healthy, creative, and productive lives. Guided by the slogan Young people for young people, RAHA’s values emphasize youth-centered design, shared power between generations, inclusion and diversity, collaboration, and innovation.
